Bliss is complete happiness! 

Welcome to Bliss Barre Fitness! My name is Lauren Anderson, and I'm the founder and lead instructor. I started teaching group fitness classes in 2021, and it's been a passion of mine ever since.

I truly love every aspect of teaching fitness classes. I especially enjoy motivating and encouraging others in a fun and non-intimidating way. At the end of every single class, I'm reminded of why I started teaching in the first place. The feeling is something I can only describe as "Bliss". And that's exactly what I want to help you find - your own state of Bliss.

While I wish I could have classes all day, every day, I also work full-time elsewhere and have an active family. So, my goal is to provide a good balance of morning and evening classes throughout the week, as well as weekend classes. This way, you can find a class that fits into your busy schedule and helps you achieve your fitness goals.
