Class Formats


UpBeat Barre is a workout class that combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training. However, this may not be your typical 'barre' class! UpBeat Barre is fueled by lively music that motivates you to push through the workout's challenges. While you'll work up a sweat and burn calories, the fun atmosphere allows you to enjoy the experience. 

HIGH Fitness class is perfect for individuals who enjoy a rigorous workout! This fast-paced and cardio-intensive class is driven by the rhythm and is certain to make you slightly short of breath yet invigorated. With adaptable variations for all fitness levels, you have the freedom to customize the workout to suit your preferences, whether you choose to go all out or take a more moderate approach.  

High Fitness & UpBeat Barre (Combo) 30 mintues of each class format combines both cardio and barre exercise to elevate your heart rate before transitioning to low-impact movements that effectively target and exhaust your muscles.  

Lift class focuses on building muscular strength and endurance. Participants use resistance equipment like dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to target various muscle groups. Classes typically include warm-ups, sets of strength exercises, and cool-down stretches. 

Cardio Fuse is a full-body workout that blends elements of aerobics, kickboxing, resistance training, and core work. The fun music gives you the motivation to push through the choreographed cardio, toning, and ab tracks. Resistance Bands & Yoga Mats are used throughout this class (provided in studio)!

HIGH-Yo is a dynamic yoga-inspired stretching class! Suitable for all fitness levels, HIGH-Yo is a unique experience that goes beyond traditional yoga. Set to energizing music, you'll groove to the beat as you deepen your stretches. With elements of balance and core work woven in, HIGH-Yo offers more than just stretching—it's a light full-body workout that leaves you feeling invigorated and accomplished!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga (coming soon!)  Immerse yourself in the rhythm of breath and movement with our Vinyasa Flow Yoga class—an embodiment of the traditional yoga experience with a contemporary twist! As you flow through a sequence of poses seamlessly connected by breath, you'll cultivate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned yogi, this class offers a welcoming space to explore and deepen your practice. Footwear

Being barefoot is my favorite way to exercise! All classes except for Cardio Fuse and HIGH Fitness can be done barefoot! Please wear tennis shoes for HIGH fitness and Cardio Fuse. When in doubt, wear the shoes and kick them off if unnecessary! 

Equipment

Equipment is entirely optional because mastering the movements takes precedence. Rest assured, we supply all the necessary equipment. If you prefer to use your own mat, you are welcome to bring it.
